Anybody here have any experiences with Spoon Camshafts for the F20C? I here from a lot of people they feel huge differences when swapping out the stock cams- b16's and b18's, that is! I'm planning for some engine mods soon and curious about gains, pricing and availability?

I think the issues here is availability. My understanding is that Spoon has not started producing their S2K cams for the general public...in fact, I can't locate any cams for our car from Toda, JUNs etc.

Aren't the Spoon Cams advertised on their website? I'm pretty sure that's what I saw along with other valve train componets...Swirl Polished Valves, Valve Springs, and a Tuned Cyclinder Head? Well, by any chance you have an idea when there goin to be available? I think the Toda stuff is around some time in '02 ?

Don't expect any JUN or Toda stuff for a long, long time, if ever. They have other projects they are focusing on right now, and the low production rate of the F20C is just not lucrative for them.

It's looking more and more like we will have to develop our own camshafts if we want them made. See my post below on obtaining cam blanks.

Hey Shamu, just out of curiousity...what does the "AJ-R Airbox conversion" and "AJ-R Ground Wiring" consist of? On a seperate note...If Toda said "Forged Pistons and Cams in '02" I'm a person with a lot of faith, Let's all hope they come through! Also, Toda just released some "tranny componets" on their website. It looks like a mainshaft and another gear.

If you guys are looking for cams - pm Richard (mingster) - he is the authorized dealer for Spoon, and has access to the internals you are looking for.

Apparently, Richard is off somewhere, because of some emergency? And as far as I've been told, Spoon Cams are not in production yet , but they advertise them to make us drool!
