Camshafts are a simple swap (mind you, have to have some level of mech. ability and access to some reliable tools) You don't even have to touch the timing chain (as per Shop Manual)

Don't expect any JUN or Toda stuff for a long, long time, if ever. They have other projects they are focusing on right now, and the low production rate of the F20C is just not lucrative for them.
This is not true. JDM companies like Toda, JUN, or JG are working on the F20. Camshafts from toda are being manufacutred and scheduled for sale by first quarter of '02. Click Here to see what they got and what's up and coming. The popularity of the s2000 is only increasing and the parts for it will eventually flourish, especially from the JDM big guns.

Shamu: the website says that the toda cams, forged pistons, and clutch are all being released in "early" '02. I read somewhere else 1st quarter '02 as well. Don't know about an exact month but I think it's safe to say by the time spring time rolls around my car will be Toda equipped! They did unbelievable things with the B-series honda motors, their *all-motor* civic hatch runs 10.7 in the 1/4mi....cannot WAIT for their F-series racing cams! In the words of homer: mmmmmmmm toda

There will be a board member with the first sets of Toda cams in the US. I am sure once the Top Secret project gets declassified the results will be posted.

Things are in the works. Just be patient.
