Default Squeak/squeal upon accelerating from a stop?

Once in a while I hear a faint squeak when I accelerate from a stop. I hear it in 1st and 2nd gear and I think it's dependent on giving it 70% throttle.

I THINK this video captures it, at 0:06 you'll hear a squeak/squeal...what is it?

PCV Valve, clean it or replace it. Apparently it's really cheap in the States.

I know because I tested mine, I cleaned it with carby cleaner, and it improved it a little.. It's still there, but I'm waiting for my new one in the mail.

Peace.

I think its an intake sound as well. I noticed that when I installed my FIPK, that at 3k rpms, a slight squeal or whistle would occur. Double checked everying, including a new PCV valve and its still there. Only at 3k rpm and only on acceleration. I presume its the sound of the air as its flowing into the mofidied system.

At least that's all I can figure out...I hope someone else can chime in!

This sounds pretty logical. I also have a k&n fipk and now that I think about it started noticing the sound after I installed it.

Just wanted to make sure it wasn't something I should get fixed

That is 100% an intake whistle.

Its just a characteristic of moving air...not sure if anyone has found a cure.

I agree with all who say it is the intake... I was stock then installed a AEM cold air intake and noticed the exact same noise after installing and i had never heard the niose before the instalation.

P.S. Nice sounding ride
