So I've had a squeaking problem with my car up front on the pasanger side so I got the tien flex thinking it would go away, and it did not now its got it coming from the back but this sounds worse like a squeaking mattress that someone is having sex on when I drive! WTF!! What is it bushings, do they need wd40, sways need retorque, what Is it its driving me nuts and I'm embarrassed to have a cool car and to have it squeak in front of people just blows HELP!

WD40 contains petroleum distillates and I would not spray it on anything that is rubber, plus it is not a good lubricant. The bushings in the S2000 are bonded to a metal sleeve and are press-fit into the suspension a-arms. They should not squeak if everything is tightened up properly.
Did you pre-load the suspension when you installed the coilovers? If not, I would start there and make sure that all other components of the suspension are snugged properly.
If you must lubricate suspension components use the correct type of rubber or urethane lube.
