Default squeaky noise from rear when coming to a stop?

Does that mean the brakes need to be replaced soon? It seems like the noise is coming from the passenger side on the rear. It sqeaks when i'm coming to a complete stop. And it seems like its coming from the tires/brakes.

I have the same noise but its not the brake pads. I would take it to a Honda dealer but I only trust the mechanic in my local forum; sadly he wont help me for reasons unknown.

Why don't you pull the wheels off and check your brakes?

mine just squeaks when i'm slowing down. It seems like something is rubbing the passenger rear wheel.

Sometimes things like rocks can get stuck between the pad and rotor and can cause noises such as these. Taking the wheel off and having a look can help identify if this is the cause.

If the pads need replacing this could be another reason.

These however usually are a constant metallic rubbing sounding squeal.
Take it into a local mechanic/dealer/brake place to have a look.

Does the noise happen when you are slowing down and NOT touching the brakes?

it happens both when i do apply the brake at slow speed and even when i'm not touching my brakes. I'm guessing there's something stuck in between the rotors and pads. i'm having trouble taking the brake apart. the DIY doesn't have pictures. Anyone can help?

i took apart the wheel and then unscrew the two screws on the back of the assembly of the rotors, but things are still not coming apart.

i took apart the pads and both sides on the rear seem smooth. I took it back out for a spin and i still hear the rubbing sound coming from the wheels. Could there be anything with the drivetrain that needs lubricant?
