New S2000 owner here, this noise has just appeared over the last couple days.

Noise from the video is when I roll out of my garage with no gas applied, only holding the brake %50 while gravity pulls it out.

-Its only from the front left while applying the brake

Does anyone recognize the sound?

 

definitely the sound of pads that are down to the metal. i had this same thing happen to me under the same circumstances but to only one side when i inspected the pads there wasnt any meat left. the other side wasnt making noise yet but it was about to start.

the rear pads were almost new and had plenty of meat on them but check them just in case.
