Default The Squeek From Hell

My ride has developed a severe rear suspension squeek. When I get in or out, start or stop, go over bumps it is very loud. It is louder than the clutch decel noise. I have lubed all the rubber bushings and contact areas 3 times with no change. Anyone else with the squeek from hell?

It's probably one of your rear axle-nuts coming loose... it sounds amazingly like a squeak. Check them out, I bet that's what it is.

Jason please explain the "rear axle nut", I can't vision it for the life of me.

I also noticed for the first time this morning that my left rear was "squeeking" over small bumps at medium speed and big bumps at slow speed....I thought is was coming from a spring in my seat (if there is a spring in the seat), but it definitely sounds like it's coming from further behind me.

HELP!!!...I hope that it's not serious

The dealer lubed it and it still squeaked so they pulled the left rear suspension arms off, cleaned and lubed them and all is well now.

Have you removed your sway bar, cleaned the bushings, re-greased the bushings, then reinstalled it? I've had to do that about once a year on all the Hondas I've had.
