Default SRS DTCs

Is it possible to pull the DTCs from the SRS system if you do not have the HDS on '06 and newer cars?

I DO have the '06 Helms and it only describes how to manually pull them for 00-05 models. I have the airbag light on and even after using the procedure on the manual to reset it, it still comes back.

Just a little backgroung, my seats were stolen and I drove for about 3 months with '03 seats. Now I have the right seats with all the sensors and also changed the passenger side seatbelt.

I am pretty sure it is the passenger seat weight sensors but I would like to make sure before I take it to the dealership. BTW, the seats were installed in another car, do the weight sensores still need to be recalibrated?

Thanks, J

The Seat weight sensor will have to be calibrated with the HDS. You have to go to the dealer to do this.

Thanks a lot for the response. I guess to the dealer it is ...

Do you have to have them calibrated every time the plug or the seat is removed?
