Could you tell me what type is the tacho output from ECU in s2000. I am willing to use Stack st400 rev counter that is setup now to 8 cylinder and i need tosend it back to Stack to reset it to whatever i need to run it with s2000 engine. It is one of the early units so cannot be set up by user with the push buttons.

The question is how i have to set it up. to 1 , 2 or 4 cylinder? This depends on the type of tacho output so i need to be sure how many ignition events per 1 revolution ofthe crankshaft is shown on tacho output from ECU.
