Stalling when warm, AEM series 1
New S2k owner looking for a little guidance with my 2001 S2000, currently has a AEM Series 1, and a Full Blown Turbo kit installed. I purchased the car with all the modifications in place so knowledge is limited on some of the aftermarket items installed but slowly figuring it out as I go.
Had an issue with the car just shutting off and found the connections between boards within the AEM had poor connections, resoldered and now no longer lose power to the AEM causing the the car to shut down and not restart.
Although a new problem discovered, when the car warms up it will stall when you go to zero throttle, and it also will surge at a constant throttle when driving, it is as if the fuel is turning on/off while driving. It will start right up when it dies, although as soon as you let off throttle the car shuts off. It is also running super rich, black smoke observed during this time, smells rich, and tail pipe is black as can be. Once the car cools down it will idle again without issue(can't see what the temp gauge is doing as it has AEM series 1, and from what I'm told temp gauge only works if the car gets really hot)
I cleaned the IAC(no change), and found some forum threads eluding to a bad Primary O2 sensor, but thought I would see if there is a way I can better break this down with the AEM log. I currently have a log that I was able to collect on a recent drive although honestly not really sure what I'm looking for and how to effectively diagnose by using the AEM Log software. Any guidance or thoughts on diagnosing this issue would be appreciated.

Just wanted to provide a follow up as I was able to resolve the issue.
I have an AEM series 1 and it would drive fine until it warmed up, once the car warms up it would shut off at traffic lights and even when driving steady it seems like the fuel was cutting on and off. Was able to go through the Log collected with the AEM logger and it seems during normal operation theMAPis running around 0.6Volts then I see several instances in the log where it goes instantly to 4.9Volts then it drops to 1.6V and continues to spike up to 4.9V again, this happened several times throughout the short drive I took. When theMAPVoltage goes up it seems the car starts dumping a lot more fuel into the motor as my Fuel injector goes from 1800 to 8000 and I also see my O2 drop as well from about 6.2 down to 4.4.
I ended up replacing my MAP sensor and this resolved the issue, runs great now.
