Default Start Button Replacement

Here's one I haven't seen. I started my '06 and the START button plastic cover fell off. It looks like the small plastic hook pins on the cover have broken. Does anyone have a way to repair the button cover? I tried to search the site, but I didn't find anything. It looks like you should be able to use type of adhesive to hold the cover in place, but I'm not sure what will work.

I also looked for a DYI to replace the entire swintch, but I couldn't find that either.

Has anyone replaced the switch?

Ebay seems awash with Start buttons. Or at least Google thinks so when I typed "S2000 start button" in the search box.

I upgraded to LEDsfor dash lights. That included Start button bulb. That meant removing Start button.

Only DIY I neededwasfor disassembling dash which was very helpful.

After that, getting Start button out was simple and obvious.

Improvement: 3 D print the actual button and replace the writing "Engine Start" with "Party Mode".

I'm not sure if it requires dash-out. If so, Qube Engineering has a good set of instructions for that.
