Default Starter amperage draw?

What’s the amp draw of the starter during a cold and hot start? Relocating the battery, and want to get a fuse large enough to support. Thanks

I measured mine to 460A peak on a cold start, you don't want a fuse that size though.
The nominal current on the starter is 100A so somewhere there might be ok, depends on what type of fuse (characteristics) you use.

The largest fuse in the car is the 100a battery fuse (in the under hood fuze box). No reason to bypass that.

That fuse is already bypassed so go ahead and keep posting unhelpful information.

Starter can't logically draw more than 100 amps or the battery fuse will blow. If it was there, of course. ...and how would anyone know that fuse is bypassed or any reason to do it?

Looks unfused (or "bypassed") to me.

Exactly, just like most other cars.
