Thumbs up Starting Anomaly...weird?

I have a 03 S with 21k Miles with Vortech SC installed in December 04. Now here is the scenario, This morning drove the car 20miles to get my ACT clutch installed at my friends garage, left the keys with him about (1.5)hrs later, he goes to start the car. It cranks over and briefly for about 1 second starts then dies. He trys several times to start, it just cranks. He calls me, I call a mechanic at Honda dealer, he says check to see the enabler is activated. Answer: No (little green key comes on blinks and go off) Next my guy disconnects the battery, waits 1/2 hr and trys again. Just Cranks over So I get the car towed to my Honda dealer since its in warranty. BTW: On the flatbed, my mechanic tries again to start. Just Cranks. The S gets to the dealer comes off the flatbed and starts right up WTF is going on. I get to the dealer and it starts for me

I left the S to get a diagnostics check tomorrow. Any ideas

Check your Vortech computer box wiring. You may have a bad connection or two.
Check your fuel system - Vortech FMU and associated hoses, fuel pump working?
