Default Starting up... Or not?

Ok, I have been reading every single weird start up or not starting thread. None seem to pose the same issue I am currently having. The car will start fine, sometimes..... Other times it will click when I push button, top will go down/up windows, radio and all dash lights work too. We tried jumping the car last night but didn't work. Finally we just roll started it, which did work. All battery terminals are clean and tight, starter is clicking but haven't checked it yet. Any ideas what it could be? The car has the Honda security, but I don't think that would cause an issue.
