Long story short I bought my old 2000 s2000 back from a friend a sold it too. It had been hit on the drivers side at the front fender and was repaired but the steering feels off. It's much easier to turn to the left than the right. Trying to determine if it's the steering rack. Also it was a test pipe which was on it when I had it but he installed a invidia n1 exhaust and the exhaust smell is overwhelming. Is that common with that setup or likely a leak?

 

Sounds like an alignment issue. Your caster may differ a lot on both sides which would cause this.
