Default Steering feels inconsistent

Seems like this is never gonna get fixed...
I noticed my car acts exactly like this video
https://m.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=39&v=exE5B_CG6fo&feature=emb_l ogo

Some days it feels great and most of the time it feels like the wheel is VERY VERY heavy at its center and it makes the car feel like shit. New ball joints, compliance bushings and tie rods up front. Ohlins DFV 11/9.

New rack time?

Front wheels in the air. Using the tire, move the steering slowly through full range of motion. You will hear the motor whirring. Look for nice snooth whirring from left to right. Should move almost effortlessly once moving.

It doesnt feel any different anywhere with the tires in the air, just kinda gritty all over. The wheel does seem to stumble and jerk when stationary and turning the wheel (tires on the ground)

That sounds like the torque sensor to me. Specifically the slip ring.

So I have to buy a new torque sensor? Arent tgey discontinued?

The car also feels like the chassis sways on the subframe, I cant explain it any better. You turn the wheel and its like theres tons of body roll and feeling of swaying but the car stays completely flat. Completely kills my confidence and doesnt even corner that well

You sure it's the power steering? The above symptom kinda sounds like alignment or other issues.

Alignment is super consistent, 1/8 total toe in rear -2° camber all around zero toe front and 5° caster

No damage to the front suspension? All the rubber parts seem okay?

I noticed that whenever this happens I reset the EPS and it works fine for a while then it just turns to shit again in a matter of days
