Default Steering Issue

Hi,

I am 5 months into my ownership of a 2000 model year S2000. Straight to the point, when I steer my car and let my hands go, the wheel is stuck to that same position. Normally the steering wheel should return to the neutral position after a few seconds after I take off my hands.

Please let me know what the problem is. If someone could direct me to the page of the service manual, even better.

Thanks!

Alignment should be fine. The car was aligned months before purchase. Even if I do have an alignment issue, the steering is too stiff even on neutral position, the car will remain straight with the road.

I don't know anything about castor though...I'll look into it.

I appreciate your help.
