steering problem.....

Default steering problem.....
My steering wheel is hard to turn left and right sometimes but not all the times.
Like its skipping

Battery is good
Alternator is charging
EPS light is not on

can anyone help me?

I have the same problem. It's either the torque sensor or the rack. Mine only does it turning right. I'm going to throw a torque sensor at it and see what happens.
