Default Steering wheel doesnt center fully

My steering wheel doesnt center fully, it centers normally to 11 or 1 o clock but doesnt return fully to 12 o clock, I have to guide it back to center when its at 11 or 1 o clock. Its also very light (it seems to get lighter when I step on the brakes). I have 6.5° of caster so thats not the issue, I recently had my compliance bushings replaced with Mugens but all my front ball joints and tie rods have torn boots, the wheel doesnt move like it would with worn joints (from Chrisfixs video) so not sure if thats the issue

Does the car drive straight when the steering wheel is at 11? Or does it drive straight with the steering at 12?

Assuming the car is properly aligned...

what kinda tyres?

And what speed is this at? This car's steering doesn't snap back to center unless you're moving at a higher speed

Torque sensor reset performed to see if it helps?

When tbey replaced the compliance bushings, did they know to press them in so the solid rubber area its supposed to pivot around is aligned with how it needs to pivot in use?

There is an arrow on bushing that is supposed to point to the front bushing.

Alignment is:
-2° camber front
6.5° caster
0 toe front
-2.5° camber rear
1/8th total toe in rear

My fronts are Potenza Sports (left fronts outer edge is significantly worn out) and my rears are 11 year old Primacies (I ordered new Potenzas for the rear, these were just spares until the new ones come in).
It doesnt center fully at any speed, going faster just makes the steering center back to 11 or 1 faster.
I reset the torque sensor countless times but still no luck.
The bushings are pressed in correctly

Are your alignment bolts torqued down? Are the tabs on the subframe that "locate" the eccentric bolts all in place? Sometimes those tabs break off, especially in the rear.

Sorry I didnt notice the thread got a reply.
I havent checked the subframe bolts but it doesnt lose its aljgnment quickly

I did notice that it centers way better from the right, it never centers fully from the left ( always gets stuck at 10 o clock now) while it sometimes centers from the right (when it does it needs a lot of distance travelled in a straight line to center fully, it goes to 1 o clock then starts centering very slowly. Other times it just gets stuck at 1 o clock). The steering also feels number turning left than right.

I want to try the rack guide fix but I cant find a guide that doesnt involve the special locknut tool.
Can bad ball joints and tie rods cause this problem? Or am I looking at replacing the rack

Have you re-written the torque sensor neutral position? Vague steering in one direction is almost guaranteed to be an electric pull from the rack. Seen it quite a few times. A re-write will cure it completely.
