Hi All;

I recently noticed that my steering wheel makes a noise when turning. When rotating, the noise occurs very slightly and sounds like sandpaper scratching plastic. This does not occur throughout the whole wheel rotation but only on certain angles/rotational distances. Any ideas? Also, when I turn slowly, it doesn't seem to occur. I'm thinking the plastics in the wheel and dashboard are just contacting each other...
