Default sticky gears

Hi guys,

lately i have noticed my S is a little tough getting out of gear, mainly in third. Just feels like its stuck unless i depress the clutch and hold it for about 2 seconds. I also notice that when i depress the clutch i have to wait about 2 seconds before i shift so the gears dont bite. Is there an adjustment in can do on the clutch cable to tighten it up a bit? The clutch and tranny feel fine, i just think the cable needs adjustment. Or, maybe its the clutch hydrolics?

you might try bleeding the clutch hydraulic system first as its relatively easy and might help your problem if there is air in the lines.
