Default Sticky throttle

Long story short swapped an f22 into my ap1 it felt fine on the f20 ecu the two times I drove her before swapping over the f22 ecu. After I swapped over the f22 ecu I started to notice a sticky throttle/dbw feeling. This only occurs in the 4k and above rpm range. When I let off throttle there is about a half of second before the rpms start dropping. First I thought w/e the ecu is "learning" but its been almost a week and it still does this. I checked, cleaned and tighten everything. Anyone else experience this issue? Is this delay mapped from factory due to the heavier and delayed ap2 clutch assembly?

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.

I've not experienced that before on my stock DBW car.

Its drive by cable I was relating the feeling to what dbw felt like in my past experience.
