Had the same problem last week after my car had been sitting for a good month or two. A can shouldn't be anymore than $4.00. Take off your intake and spray the F out of it, clean excess residue with a toothbrush. Once everything is put back together it will take a good few minutes for the car to fire up, don't let it worry you, you should be good to go after that.
It could be any of a number of things, including but not limited to: Bad idle air control valve; bad idle set screw setting; bad afm; ecu issues, etc., etc., etc.
Get the Honda shop manual, and work your way through the trouble-shooting sections. It's a pretty good manual, as these things go.
