Simple question, does anyone know if it's 3800K?

Thanks!

Should be 4300K, 3800K is the yellow fog-light looking ones.

Slightly off topic. I have read that the stock HID's are designed for approximately 100,000 miles of driving.

Has anyone here had one burn out? If so, how many miles did you have on your S and how much do they cost to replace?

I have 72,600 miles on my 03. But, for safety I often drive with the headlights on during the day. I.E. when on organized drives or when on two lane roads or during inclement weather. I am just curious as to what to expect.
