Stock Ride Height, 07 AP2
I just picked up a used 2007, with what I thought was stock suspension...granted I haven't gotten under it and taken a look yet. But after looking closer at pics of stock AP2's online, I'm starting to feel like this thing may have springs on it.
I'm currently a two finger gap in the rear and a very tight two finger gap in the front, with no load in the car. What does this compare to stock? Having owned an AP1 about four years ago, I figured they had just evened out the suspension on the newer ones...but non 4x4 status stock? I dunno...
I'll add some pics tomorrow to clarify.

Dang, my ap1 is lowered on Tanabe GF210 springs (0.8" drop all around) and I have about a 2 finger gap lowered some. Yeah just jack it up some and see if it has the OEM springs on it.

^Shute you dont even have to take the wheel off. If you jack it up so where the tire just barely comes off the ground, there is a huge gap. You could easily tell from there!

My big sausage link fingers may be the culprit.
Jk. I'll jack it up and have a look see.

If it turns out to be OEM suspension, then your shocks and springs might just be worn out. After a couple thousand track miles, my car was "slammed" on its OEM suspension! People would ask what setup I was running...I couldn't even get my old floor jack under it anymore!
Try this test: open one of your doors and then close it with normal, moderate force (not super gentle, but not slamming it either - enough to get a satisfying thunk). If your whole car shakes and wobbles for a few seconds, you need new shocks.
