I can't excatly figure out whats causing this noise. I think it has something to do with the serpantine belt.... Any ideas?

Is that the idler bearing making that noise?

it's got to be one of the pulley's bearing tats making that noise. It's either the idler pulley or the auto tensioner pulley. You should loosen your belt and spin each one of those pulley to see which one is making noise.

 

FYI: if it is the idler, Autozone has a good replacement for ~$15.

Just use a 14mm to slip the belt off of the tensioner and spin the pulleys. You'll hear the bad ones, and they will have in and out play.
