Check your rear tire pressure. This is very very common on the s2k when one tire is down, even as little as 2psi depending on the tire.

Even if you are sure that the pressure is fine cuz you checked it yesterday...go check it again.

OK...one other thing to check since you say the car is understeering more than normal: Check the rear swaybar endlinks to make sure one hasn't broken or come loose.

After that...I'd say alignment.

It's probably not the diff...you'll know when the LSD goes bad...it will probably brake something when it seizes...like an axle or other diff internal peices.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if the LSD were to lock the rear wheels together in a turn, you would experience a potentially nasty case of oversteer, as the slower rotating inside tire would be forced to spin faster by the outside tire, thus breaking traction.

Is the diff stock? Or with the hp mods was the diff strengthened and a clutch-type LSD put in to replace the torsen-type?

No, it's a stock Dif. Is it a torson that I have in my AP2? I must be mistaken. I thought that it had clutches when I looked at the shop manuel I have.

[QUOTE=Lincolnc,Jan 1 2008, 10:08 AM]I felt like the LSD was locking both sides and making it harder for the car to turn.

Can't hurt. Have you changed it before (and hopefully, you didn't use posi-trac oil or modifiers for a clutch-type diff...if so, then maybe your torsen does have some issues).
