Default Strange sound

so after the track i noticed a strange sound coming from my rear and slightly to the right. kinda from the diff area or something is wat im thinkin. the sound only starts up under hard left hand turns. could it be the axle goin bad? i know the axles on s2ks wear out prematurely on lowered s2ks. could this be it?

Track as in dragstrip or road course?

It may be your LSD about to go if you regularly induced wheel hop from either drag launches without enough wheel spin or going over rumble strips or lifting the inside rear tire quite a bit.

probably an inner CV joint. examine it, the rubber boot is probably torn.

this is probably your bearings. replace the hub and bearing.

see i thought the same thing but ive already had a bearing go out. and when a bearing is goin bad u can tell the sound is come from that area. right now the sound seems to be coming from the center. around the diff and slightly to the right and only under hard left turns. so im leaning towards an axle but ill make sure tomorrow by gettin under there. thnx again and ill keep u guys posted.

i believe bearing noises do not have to be the same sound, depending on the wear.

i vote for bearing, let us know the result. thanks.

kk. soooo i lifted my car on stands. got in it and put it in gear and started driving. got under the car and no sounds!!! i looked at all the axle boots and everything. no tears and wiggled the axles and also nothing. again the sound comes on hard left hand turns. its like a clunk clunk sound and only hard lefts. i do a bunch of right handers and nothing. super smooth no sounds. im confused. how woud i got about checking the bearing. the sound doesnt seem to be coming from the wheel
