Default Stripped converter bolt

Hi, just put q300 on my s2000 several days ago, when I took the stock exhaust off the car, I stripped one of the converter bolt. The car hasn't been driven in rain or snow, so there is no rust, the bottom two came off quite easily, but the top one won't budge after several rotations. I used a long torque wrench with some PB and finally took it off.

I found that the threads on the bottom 1/3 had stripped, the bolt is pretty cheap to buy(part no. 18176-P08-003, around $9), but I don't know how to take it down from the converter, it seems welded on. I've attached pictures of the bolt and the position on the converter. Please help, thanks!

Its not welded, It's just a stud.

Take a hammer and tap it out.
