Grade 8 is a rating for SAE bolts. Metric bolts are measured in class, not grades.
A metric bolt with "8.8" written on it doesn't mean grade 8. It means class 8.8, which is roughly equivalent to a SAE grade 5.
Tricky, yes?
You need a metric, class 10.9 bolt. I can't remember if the factory bolt has a loose washer attached, or if its a flange bolt.
Either way, its a JIS, reduced wrench bolt.
Thread size M8x1.25 for the fronts. Should be about 16-20mm long.
Or just buy the factory bolt because its easy.

Seat belt bolts are 7/16-20 SAE Grade 8 thread size. Which is commonly available, normally.
BUT...what makes them unavailable from a HW store is that they are a specific length, flanged shoulder bolt with a 14mm drive, which has to be assembled with all the washers exactly correctly.
Buy a used seat belt assembly or look for a part out that's selling the bolts.
I'm assuming you're using the stock seat belt receiver?
Seat belt bolts are a bit of an anomaly. They're always 7/16-20 SAE grade 8, due to a safety standard.

No, you cannot buy a seat belt buckle bolt from a HW store.
