Default stumped on my 1457 code

so ive searched and read all the 1457 threads (inc billmans) and I've replaced all four of the common parts (canister, its close valve, the 2 purge valves off it) and still getting the code. Has anyone had to replace any other part in order to permanently get rid of the 1457? unfortunately I don't really have anywhere to work on my own vehicle, so testing is a bit hard (which is part of why I started with just throwing parts at it)

EDIT for anyone as stuck as I was: FINALLY FIXED IT, was a second defective purge valve. replaced the purge valves in front of the canister and one of the replacement parts was bad.
