go get that welded at a good shop or try and replace that side of the frame

not safe at all and you can possibly mess up the whole frame if im not
mistaken D:

Yeah, you have other problem as well. There is no way that the damage you displayed creates the issue you described. There is something else wrong too. That is the least of your problems.

I am lowered and have did not get an alignment because I have some RPF1's that I am putting on. I think the alignment is off and the stock tires have inner camber wear on them. That could be the problem as well.

First off please please go get some new tires before you kill yourself or someone else. You are way way past the point of needing new tires. I am having a hard time telling which piece that is exactly from the pictures. I would say start with having it welded at least. Then have it aligned and if that turns out fine you should be alright at least for now. It looks like there are other members in the same area that would take up the slack of that being cut and I wouldn't expect any crazy frame deformation, its definitely not good but not much you can do at this point to fix anything thats been done.

Ok. First of all, replace that piece. Unfortunately the entire rear subframe brand new is going to cost you $830 bucks. So I suggest giong to a junkyard or ebay and see if you can find a used one from someone parting out their car. But I'd rather not play around with trying to weld it.

Secondly after you get it replaced, GET THE CAR ALIGNED! It doesn't matter if you put on RPF1's or stock wheels or something else. Differernt wheels wont' change the alignment settings!

oh that was my advice >_< better to get it welded then leave it forever righ?
if its only around 200 bucks i would get it replaced,
and tires... eh i seen people drive on a lot worse.
so i would fix the frame, then get tires, and then alignment
(:
