Default Subframe deformed after crash?

Hello everyone.

I recently roller my s2000 over the "roof" 3 times. I checked the chassis, needs some pulling and got the fender parts and all ready to be repaired.... I just noticed the shifter is not at the center and the bolts are misaligned. Is this indication of subframe deformation? I was under the car and the shaft seems to be in the middle. Are there any other pinpoints I can look to see if the engine is sitting on the place it should be sitting?

Just checked my engine mounts. One is lifted for some reason. Is it supposed to pull the engine down? I don't understand why it's springed like this. It would explain the moved engine together with the transmission.

Yeah, that's a torn mount for sure. I think the engine should be sitting on it, not pulling so something else might be out of whack too. BTW check the other one, if it's dirty from that brown stuff, it's torn too.

The shifter is normally a bit skewed to the side, and is bent so that the knob is upright. In your case it's probably more then it should be which I couldn't tell from the photo.

Yeah i thought it's supposed to sit on the mount too.... But the transmission mounts seem to be in place? I have no idea what makes the engine springed like this. The subframe is all good. I measured it yesterday from hole to hole wherever I could. No dents, nothing. The other is also brown like that soo it's probably shot too. Does anyone know for sure that engine is sitting on both of them with it's weight? Yes it's way too far left. It was almost touching the plastic center panel.

When I installed the engine mounts, it definitely required the engine to be lifted for safety--but having almost dropped it once, it seemed like it was supported by the remaining transmission and differential assembly.
