sudden loss of pressure
today i drove my car as hard as i have yet, which wasnt too hard just got on it 1st-5th went to go into 6th and i lost like 3inches in clutch pedal travel........ the actual clutch still woked but the travel drastically changed, im talkin literally like 3 inches that use to be springy that suddenbly went to mush/no pressure. I drove it home bled the clutch and adjusted the master cylinder arm and things are back to normal, but what would cause this? air buble that got worked out?
The bleeder nippe was nice and tight and no fluid was present anywhere before i bled it.
sorry for making so many threads guys, i just finally got my car back together after sitting for 2.5 years with no engine because im poor lol (college student) and im working out all the kinks/and have some questions. Thanks for the help guys !!
when i installed the motor and transmission the clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, and associated line was BONE DRY !! so im guessing/hoping it was just an air pocket.
