Default Supercharged S2000 Stalling at low RPM's

I'm having an issue with my car that I can't quite figure out. Quick rundown of the car. 2001 with 04/05 engine, vortech v2 supercharger, ID1300's, aem 320lph fuel pump hardwired ith SOS's kit, SOS map sensor, AEM V2 tuned by Jeff Evans running on e85. Car's rpms will dip really low sometimes at lower speeds when coming to a stop. (500-600 rpms). Sometimes I can just hit the gas and it'll wake up but sometimes it stalls out. Very annoying and almost embarrassing. Sometimes when I go to restart the car it willnot restart, it'll just crank and crank and crank til the battery gives out. But the car will jump start from a push fine and run normal immediately after startup. Last night I cleaned the IAC and the map sensor. The hard start is always though, almost seems as if I have a dead battery. However, battery is a few weeks old from Honda. Not sure if I'm missing something here or if someone else has had the same issues and has figured it out. Thanks!

My buddy has a '01 tuned on AEM, and he has hard starting issues all the time to. Something about the ECU actually like loading up and pushing "data" or signal. This reminded me of his setup.

Tuned by Evans; so im not gonna venture on the tune so much as maybe bad connections and or something to that "nature" does it stumble without AC on to?
I thought I also read that e85 can have some idle issues ... is it cold in your area?

It's been doing this on hot days and cool nights, no difference. I just email Jeff and told him the symptoms. Hopefully we can figure this out. If anyone else has any input please let me know!

I too have an AP1 supercharged by Vortech's V2 and the ECU is stock with a "piggyback" UniChip that integrates really well. I have not noticed any unusually low idle issues, never a stall at a light. I am sure the AEM is fantastic but if you can't get it right with a retune then perhaps look at a piggyback unit?

The injectors spitting out the right fuel at that low a load...or any? Have they been cleaned and flow tested?

You need a better start up tune.

So I revieved an updated tune from Jeff which helped it return to idle at slower speeds. I got pulled over last night and went to restart the car and it wouldn't. Just kept tuning over. I pulled my jumper box out and put it on the battery and it fired right up no issue. This is a brand new battery from Honda. Maybe 2 months old. I'm not sure what could be causing this. Any input would be appreciated!

I find when the engine is hot and the battery voltage is just off slightly the AEM does not like to start. If I let it sit for a few minutes the car starts right up. It acts like the battery just needs to recover slightly. I am running a small 680 battery. Try keeping the battery topped off with a charger.
