I have the head off at the moment and have had this Supertech Block guard laying around for a while.

I know the interopinion on these is that they are no good. I want to hear from some one who has installed one. Was it a success? Was it the disaster that is bandied about by arm chair experts?

If you have experience with these chime in. If you are looking the propagate more cyberfacts probably best to keep it to your self.

 

I have heard that they are awesome if you do a hone after you install it. I was told that it can make a bottle neck sort of effect to the top of the sleeves. Hence the honing... but doesnt quite make that much sense to me so id love to hear some factual based knowledge.
