Suspension/Coilover install help
I just received a set of Buddyclub RS coilovers and started the install last night. I first did the drivers side front; the shocks came right out after I took out the lower arm bolt, the two upper A-arm bolts, and the top mount bolts. I proceeded to install the new shocks after that with no problems.
I then proceeded to the passenger side. I undid all the bolts as before, but had trouble getting the shock to come out. It wouldn't slide out as before. I tried pushing on the rotors to try to give me some more room, but no luck. I then went back to uninstall the drivers side, at which point the passenger side shock came loose. I guess it was the swaybar connection that was not letting me remove the shock on the passenger side after installing the drivers side.
Now I reinstalled everything, but the problem is there is a clunking noise coming from the passenger side when I go over bumps. Also, the passenger side is 5mm lower than the drivers side even though the preload and the shock lengths are exactly the same on both sides.
I need help! What can the clunking be coming from, and why is the passenger side lower? I've undone the whole assembly probably 3 times now to try tightening things. I even loosened and tightened the sway bar endlinks with the suspension under load. Any suggestions???

are the springs on the perches right? thats the only thing i can think of, it might just have to settle in right.
i installed my teins to the tein pre loaded settings, and my driver side sat lower than the passenger side. Coilovers take a little time and patience to get right, just give it time and keep messing with it.

Thanks for the comments. IF there is a specific thread found with the search function that I missed, please let me know. I've gone through most of the search words that I can think of.
The springs are properly on their perches, and I've made sure they're snug. I went though again today and played around to no avail.
Are there any suggestions or common things that I can look for? THe next step is to once again take the shocks off the car but this time move the left to the right and the right to the left. If I hear the noise this time from the left, then I can attribute the problem to the shocks (I doubt this is the problem, but who knows).
Thanks.
