Sounds like accident damage. A long shot would be to completely swap our you rear subframe and the rear suspension. I know this is an expensive option but it would definitely show if the frame is damaged. Good Luck.

there can be many things that are tweaked that you cannot tell by looking at it such as control arms, front/rear subframe, etc.

i will go over everything tomorrow morning, and check it all. I am going to inspect all of the bushing and see if some are torn and what not. i will take some picture of the left and right side and post. I just heard from my alignment guy that my driver side coilover is 4 threads lower then my passenger side. I am going to try and go up 6 threads and see if it evens out. Does anyone know where i can find a torque spec guide? i am going to re-torque all the nuts and bolts under the rear of the car and make sure they are all where they are supposed to be.

Just to be sure on preloading my suspension, i should leave the control are bolt semi loose in the bottom of the coilover and the bolt on the shock tower loose as i compress the entire control arm with a jack until the car just comes off the jackstand and tighten everything to tq spec? i dont feel like doing this again. i want to make sure its done 100 percent correct so i dont have to get back under the car anytime soon (knock on wood).

thanks guys for all of your help. i will be reporting back with a bunch of measurements to get your opinions.
