spoon doesn't make a bar.
mugen, comptech and a few other independent bars are made.

most use a larger bar in the front, it settles the rear, and increases understeer.

you might figure out what you are correcting before installing a swaybar.

what if you keep the front sway bar stock, but get an aftermarket rear bar? will the car be a bit too much on the oversteering side?

yes, and it will be very tail happy.

its not desireable. most just go for a front bar, even the comptech kits I sell, all of them throw away the larger rear bar. not sure of anyone who actually uses it.

again, its up to you and you driving style, and what you are trying to correct.

check in the library for suspension changes and what can be done to increase or decrease understeer and oversteer.

Do you autocross? If you are going to use OEM wheels, you will be limitted on R compound tire choices. If you go with 16" Kumho Victoracers, you will have to go with 225/50s in the front and 245/45s in the back. This combo will create a pretty hefty amount of oversteer. Most people that autocross with these sizes go with an adjustable front bar, and set it to the stiffest setting. A serious limitation of the stiffer front bar is that the stock connectors tend to break within a short time. I don't know if this problem has been solved yet.

Do a forum search for "adjustable bar", and you should find quite a bit of info.

i just bought a comptech bar. right after putting it on i dropped 2 seconds off my thunderhill lap times, and 6 seconds after 2 more sessions. My car did tend to understeer more than oversteer, but is VERY close to neutral and makes the car much more predictable.
