Yeah, that's really bad info.

What the OP describes has nothing to do with over or under steer, there's a suspension problem that needs attention.

I would double check:

Rear tire pressure. use a different gauge. it is pretty much the only cause to your problem. If youe a-arms werre falling out, it would also cause it. but im sure the alignment guy would find it.

Another is tire size. If the tires are different sizes, even barely, it will cause this. Hence why one low tire causes it. It's not pressure per say, a low tire will cause it to be smaller than the other.

Use a tape measure to measure the circumference of the tire. I'll bet, for some reason, they are not the exact same size.

Don't worrie about this. Its over-steer or under-steer from what iv read. AP1 has over-steer and ap2 has under-steer. Mine does it to. At first i thought i was going crazy. The car does that on its own. I dont like it but its just what it is.
Your car is screwed up

Oversteer is when the rear of the car breaks loose around a turn (turning too much)

Understeer is when the front tires break loose, or push going around a turn (not steering enough)

im having problem with my car and i cant figure out what it is

more noticeable at higher speeds
when i start driving and i step on gas the car kind of jerks to the right
and
when i let off the gas after moderate acceleration the car jerks back to left

so far ive checked
tires pressures
alignment
and brand new tires (all same age)

1 more thing to add...i recently bent a front right rim pretty badly but not sure how
Here's a quick thing to try that'll give you some info on what might be causing the problem: swap the rear tires from one side to the other. If the swerving changes to jerking to the left when accelerating, the opposite of what it's doing now, you know it's a wheel or tire issue. If the direction stays the same, you know you have a diff, suspension or alignment issue.

I had an old BMW that did exactly this when the rear subframe bushings and diff mount were bad. FWIW.

If you've positively ruled out different tire pressure and different tire size (circumference measurement), then you have a serious rear-suspension problem. Even if the "alignment guys" didn't find it, that doesn't mean that they were competent.
This is not a normal behavior of the S2000.

Check suspension bushings. Control arm bushings, check the differential bushings. If its that noticeable when ur driving then you will def see something wrong underneath the car. Most vehicles with bad trailing arm bushings will cause this accel/decel shift.
