I need to know the diameter (inside where it meets the manifold) of the Spoon TB ASAP so that I can tell the engineer that is building my intake manifold so that the transition (TB to manifold) will be smooth. My TB has not arrived yet. Any info is appriciated.

as I recall my TB was bored to 70mm and that matched the gasket and the Manifold was the same.
ahhem, sorry my 'ProFlow' TB was that, and the stock manifold matched.
I have a sneaking suspicion that youll need a slightly different cam profile to match a new manifold 'Optimally' - Some people like to pick my posts apart . . .
I read that a polished stock manifold actually lost power, most likely because it threw off the tune.
Good Luck

Yeah, I heard the same thing about the porting and polishing but I am actualy having a manifold built, so, since I am the lab rat I suppose I will just have to find out what this does to the performance. BTW does the Spoon TB come with a gasket that can accomodate the bigger opening?

PLease tell us more about your manifold. I've been saying since I bought the car that it needed more plenum volume. You can start another thread if you want to keep this one on topic.
