how it goes with re-assembling after blasting?

i will not have pin. should i make one?

is there anyway that I could contact bill? I've tried on this forum but I keep on getting a privilege message. Meaning I cannot message direct.

one more question

i found the torque for bolting whole tct, but with what torque should i bolt the small tct cover? and inspection hole hex bolt? and the oil bolt?

i ordered balade tct - it is shippable to Croatia, 90$ shipping + tax


but when i wait i want to drive so i'm blasting the tct

The Billman TCT is built in an OEM core which he needs to get back. I think the return requirement is the problem. An international USPS "fits it ships" box will get it anywhere there's a post office. I believe he can also work with receiving the OEM TCT first but that takes a lot of time. Not speaking for Bill, here, just my impression on how this works..

Ah, that's right I forgot about Billman's TCT process. When my TCT needed to be replaced I got the Ballade one as I lived in Cali and got it the next day and didn't want to go through the process.

don't know.. i didn't ask him. he said that shipping to Croatia isn't possible for now.

but that would also cost me a fortune, sending TCT to usa, and billman sending it back... 2x shipping @90-100$, Croatian tax 25%


*average monthly wage in Croatia is 850$, a car like VW Passat (new) cost around 40k € with some average equipment and 2.0tdi

Slipped my mind about the dual shipping and costs for Croatia with Billman. For a future recommendation, as I wanted to use the Billman TCT but couldn't wait on the back and forth shipping I purchased the Ballade TCT as the very best next option imo.
