Default Tct help

I own a 01 s2k, it's making a rattling noise and I was informed that it was my tct, I sandblasted the worm twice and yet it's still making the rattling noise a lil. Do I have to replace it or what can I do, if so where can I get a good tct at.
Thanks

Even with a sandblasted worm it will fail down the road. (Pun intended) Do what I am about to do and give Billman some $ for a guaranteed for life modified GenX TCT and then you won't worry about it again. See his signature for details, scroll to bottom:

Why? Billman is much more respected than they are and his is guaranteed for life. Pretty simple choice there if you ask me. Ballade is hardly the first place I'd ever go to for parts. Others have had too many issues with them to even consider them.

I haven't really seen anyone complain about ballade, what makes you say that?
