TCT sound while accelerating/decelerating

TCT sound while accelerating/decelerating
Not sure if it is my TCT going bad, but I hear that "card in bicycle wheel" sound that I have heard in those bad TCT videos, however I do not hear it when I am sitting still in my garage or at a light.
bad TCT?
I could actually hear it when I was stopped this time, when I got home I couldn't hear it anymore when I was in my garage. Is this my TCT?
