ya, that's why it was made. You can adjust it for each turn on the fly when you're at the track. When you see a downhill section up next, you can just dial down the rear and presto. Give you the best lap times possible!

(No, I dont think you can adjust while driving. You are changing the valve when you adjust and there would be a time where it would probably close shut completely. I'm just assuming this one though.)

you can change it while driving, and it does take a few seconds to make the change especially if you are making big changes.

but, keep in mind that the softest settings are too bouncy to be safe and the stiffer settings are pretty stiff, so there isn't a huge range in which you'll be changing it. usually I would toggle between two presets when I had them.

- I wouldn't do it WHILE THE CAR IS MOVING..
- I think of it like: the car is trying to do two things at the same time... acting as suspension AND adjusting the absorption, lets not make the coilover work too hard here
- I would drive it, stop, adjust, then drive again...

nah, I was joking about the first part in my post. I was talking to awwwwdayyuum during the Tein Flex and EDFC GB and was just joking about how u can dial it turn to turn and etc.. (*geek snort*)

I dont think it's a good idea because what you are doing is changing the size of the valve. If the tein's select a completely different valve instead of one that is a valve that can be adjusted to go larger or smaller, then there would be a point in the switch to the next valve size that there would be no fluid movement. If it's just a single valve that adjusts it's opening, then there's no problem really. Honestly though...why take the chance?

Keep in mind too that the EDFC is just a little motor on top of the shock adjustment knob. The change wouldn't be immediate like some of the electronic/hydraulic adaptive suspensions. Like they said, just hit your track preset for track work and street preset for the drive home.
