I just picked up a set of tein flexs. When the previous owner un-installed them, he took off all the tension on the springs to make the job easier. I need to know what the approximate postions of the spring collar should be for about a 1.3" drop with 18" wheels. also what should their overall length be, from top to bottom. (so i can get the lower perch set right)
