I thought all S2000s looked like this underneath! 
In the interest of full disclosure the entire "header back" exhaust was new in the photo. High flow cat in a new OEM heat shield. Invidia Q300 in the photo was new. And pulled with in a couple of weeks it was so loud.
Dirtier now. Gotta pressure wash it in the spring.
