Default Is there a BREAK-IN period with a new DIFFERENTIAL?

I assume you would take it easy for the first 50-100 miles or so. Though is there any real breakin period on these things? Its all gearing in there no clutch plates to break-in.

Thank you for your replies. I would really like to hear from those that have toasted theirs in the past and what they were told.

I would just take it easy for a couple hundred miles. No need to go nuts on it right away.

I would not track the car for at least a tank full of gas ~230miles, then gently start getting into it. Things do need to settle in there as the heating and cooling of the metals does take place for them to completely set.
