Thumbs down There's something under the seat!?

I was detailing my car tonight(after a short drive in my friend's new IS250, which totally put my interior in shame ) and i found something under the dirver's seat.

it's a black box with a honda logo label on it(about a size of a cd case, but double the thickiness, i don't get to measure it since it's late and i am getting sleepy). there's couple of wires coming out and there's an antenna thingie attach to it.
I don't think it's a lojack since it's bigger than the one honda use on civic/teg.

The car was brought used(MY00) and i am just wondering is it the optional alarm? or it's just where they put the alarm cpu for all the s2k.

THANKS! s2ki.com

Looks like you should have an LED and disarm switch also if it's OEM alarm.

Look under dash near steering wheel for disarm swith. Do your remotes/fobs say option instead of a little picture of the trunk opening? Sounds like you have an OEM alarm to me.

I'm looking, but I think it's a negative.

EDIT: Nope, sorry. Someone else will tomorrow.
