is the thermoswitch neccessary?

Default is the thermoswitch neccessary?
I already got the radiator cap and thermostat, both by J's Racing. However J's does not make a thermoswitch. So is it neccessary to run a thermoswitch as well? If so, which one, Spoon or Mugen?

Whats a thermo switch? You mean Fan switch?
